Biography
Hayley Baker, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C., specializes in family medicine and sees patients of all ages at MidMichigan Health Park - Houghton Lake. She specializes in caring for children from newborns to age 18.
Philosophy of Care
“I believe everyone deserves the best care possible with kindness and compassion,” Hayley said.
“I love building relationships with families and taking care of families as a whole. I feel that my patients are an extension of my family, and treat them as I would want my parents, grandparent, husband and children to be treated.”
Hayley has more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and more than 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Prior to joining MidMichigan Community Health Services, she worked in the Munson and Bronson health systems.
In her spare time, Hayley loves spending time with her family, including her husband, Scott and her two “tween” children, Caleb and Cameron.
