Biography
Lyndsy McMorrow, D.O. is a board-certified pediatrician practicing at MidMichigan Health Park – Houghton Lake. She specializes in caring for children from newborns to age 15.
Philosophy of Care
When asked what drew her to pediactrics, Dr. McMorrow says, “Kids! I truly enjoy interacting with children and seeing families grow.”
Dr. McMorrow aims to create an open and trusting relationship with her patients and their parents in an environment of family-centered care.
“I value preventive medicine and try to give families the knowledge they need to keep kids healthy at all stages of life. For example, vaccinations are one of the most important steps we can take to prevent serious illness and save lives. Helping kids establish healthy eating and fitness habits early on can also prevent serious diseases later in life.”
“The most rewarding part of my job is watching kids grow and sharing in their success.”
During her free time, Dr. McMorrow enjoys spending time with family, including her husband, Robert, and their young daughter. She also enjoys playing in the lake and cooking.
